I never used the tanning spray micro, so I can give no advice. Someone suggested Dove Energy Glow "and I like. It tends to be darker in areas such as Becky said that it should be avoided. I think a person can make the skin a scrub, but I think the lotion is easy to everyday work enough for me.
One thing I like about this product is that it makes my skin very soft. Therefore, it is also a good moisturizer. I highly recommend it. Good luck and have tan you want!
Aveeno is good, and I listened to working Dove
Neutrogena is the worst
I like Jergens and Dove ... Dove is a little stronger than the dove, but also must be careful to get streaky
* Exfoliate first with a sugar scrub
