Did I fracture or strain my foot? - foot strain
Yesterday I was running away when someone I hunt, I ran into the yard and thought it was a corridor. It was, it was cut off from the ground and fell about 5 meters. I had the left leg and his foot fell in an awkward position, and it really does hurt. the way back did not do much harm, but when I woke up, I did so much pain, I gagged. Is it broken or strained? It hurts at the top of the foot.

It is likely that it is a sprain or strain, and only affects the muscles and surrounding tissue. But it is so difficult to break the small bones of the foot. Do you have swelling that will not consult with pain or stress / walking, a physician to be an X-ray, which is the only way to know for sure, too.
