Does anyone know what can thin out 8-hr lip color? - where to buy dimethicone
I have a lot of Outlast and Max Factor Lipfinity. I bought and some that are dry in the tube before you can use it.
I've tried (dimethicone hair glossing treatment), which is a bit thinner, but seems to undermine the pigment, and not stay in time.
